Online purchase is returnable for a refund within 14 days of shipping date.
Fully refund will be provided when a copy of the “ORIGINAL RECEIPT” is provided and the merchandise is in original condition.
For merchandise returned without a receipt and made within 30 days of shipping date, store credit will be issued.
Refunds will be credited to your card within 10 days and this refund should appear in one to two billing cycles.
Please note that Mine Gifts & Monograms will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages unless mistakes have been made on our part(such as shipping to the wrong address).
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Items returned must be in original condition (unworn and unused).
Return are subject to inspection upon arrival and credit is pending approval upon arrival.
Unfortunately, We are unable to provide refunds for personalized items.
